For an inspirational start of your day, join complimentary Tai Chi classes at the Pool Terrace with Master William Ng demonstrating this 'soft martial art' (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings).
Alternatively join instructor Rosanna Lo every Saturday morning for a complimentary yoga class and every Sunday morning for a pilates class.
Classes are exclusively for guests in-residence.
