The 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse
Presents Seasonal Specialities on its Winter Menu

Newly awarded 1-Michelin star in the 2018 Michelin Guide to Hong Kong & Macau, Rech by Alain Ducasse is showcasing seasonal ingredients on its new Winter Menu.

With 1-Michelin star following just nine months of operation, Rech by Alain Ducasse is celebrating its award and the new year with a new menu showcasing seasonal ingredients. If you love seafood, you’ll adore Rech and some of the seasonal dishes by Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina.

Starters
- Winter salads & herbs, root vegetables and black truffle
- Cookpot of buckwheat, frog-garlic-watercress

Main Courses
- Sea scallops in their shell, pumpkin-cranberry-hazelnut
- Sea bass on the scales, potatoes and samphire
