New Harbourside Chef Nicholas Chan is highlighting King Crab on Mondays and Abalone on Wednesdays at the Dinner Buffet. At dinnertime, you can also add-on a platter of fresh Fine de Claire oysters, which is served at your table.

New Harbourside Chef Nicholas Chan and his team are preparing King Crab specialties on Mondays and Abalone delicacies on Wednesdays on the Dinner Buffet.
蟹趴 (HYPER) MONDAY SHOWCASING KING CRAB
On Monday evenings the Harbourside Dinner Buffet features King Crab, acclaimed for its soft delicate texture, unique sweetness and enormous size. Select from an enticing array of King Crab dishes, created by new Harbourside Chef Nicholas Chan and his team.
Some of the chef’s creations include:
• King Crab Chawanmushi
• King Crab, Truffle Au Gratin
• Wok-fried Brown Crab, Snow Crab and King Crab with Green Pepper
• King Crab and Tuna Casserole
Every Wednesday (starting March 7) at the Harbourside Dinner Buffet indulge in Abalone, the acclaimed Chinese delicacy usually reserved for special occasions, along with a selection of other precious seafood.
Harbourside Chef Nicholas Chan and his team are preparing a selection of Abalone dishes on the elaborate dinner buffet that includes:
• Abalone and Mushroom Salad with Soy Spicy Sauce
• Abalone and Octopus Maki Roll
• Stewed Abalone and Sea Cucumber
Are you an oyster lover? Now when enjoying the Harbourside Dinner Buffet, you can add-on a platter of fresh Fine de Claire oysters, which is served at your table.
• A platter of 6 pieces: an additional HK$98
• A platter of 12 pieces: an additional HK$188
