Harbourside Chef Nicholas Chan is preparing a daily changing selection of dishes which include Alaskan King Crab Salad; Deep-Fried Soft-Shell Crab; Steamed Kai Lan with Blue Crab Meat and Conpoy, Alaskan King Crab Chawanmushi with Crab Roe; Wok-fried Brown Crab and Blue Crab Congee, plus Action Stations with Golden Fried Crab Cakes and Mini Crab Burgers.
One of the highlights is Alaskan King Crab, a seasonal delicacy acclaimed for its soft delicate texture, unique sweetness and enormous size and high nutritional value. The sweet flesh is high in protein and low in fat. It is also high in zinc, an antioxidant that helps to support healthy bone mass and the immune function.
