It’s truffle season at Rech by Alain Ducasse. Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has selected exquisite seasonal products which match perfectly with black winter truffle from Provence for the 5-course set menu.
Truffle lovers are in for a treat at our 1-Michelin star Rech by Alain Ducasse with a special Winter Black Truffle Menu, showcasing one of the world’s most expensive edible mushrooms from January 2 – February 28 (excluding the Chinese New Year Fireworks Night on February 5 and Valentine’s Day on February 14).
