On November 24 and 25, InterContinental Hong Kong’s newest restaurant, Rech by Alain Ducasse welcomes celebrated chef Vincent Maillard who is Executive Chef at the famous Byblos Hotel in Saint-Tropez, where Alain Ducasse heads all culinary operations. Experience a special 6-course set menu (at HK$1,388 per person) showcasing Alain Ducasse’s acclaimed dishes inspired by the Mediterranean coast, using the freshest seasonal produce and seafood from the region.
Guests attending the dinner with Guest Chef Vincent Maillard on Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25 will also enjoy a pre-dinner Welcome Reception at 7:00pm at the Rech Bar featuring Alain Ducasse Champagne.

A 5-course seasonal Mediterranean menu (HK$1,188 + 10% service per person) inspired by the visit of Vincent Maillard will be available at Rech by Alain Ducasse from November 26 through December 23.
Alain Ducasse Entreprise Guest Chef Vincent Maillard’s visit marks the launch of Rech’s new series of exclusive set menus to be presented bi-monthly throughout 2018 showcasing Alain Ducasse’s most celebrated dishes. The new set menus will highlight seasonal ingredients and the freshest seafood from the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, which have inspired the world-famous cuisine of Alain Ducasse.
About Guest Chef Vincent Maillard, Executive Chef, Hotel Byblos Saint-Tropez
Guest Chef Vincent Maillard has garnered accolades as the former chef at Alain Ducasse’s 3-Michelin starred Restaurant Louis XV in Monaco. He has also worked at an array of Michelin-starred restaurants including Guy Savoy, Hostellerie de Levernois with Jean Crotet, Francis Chauveau’s restaurant La Belle Otero (2 Michelin stars) in Cannes. As chef at Alain Ducasse’s Le Bastide de Moustiers, in 2002, at only 25 years old, he received his first Michelin star. For 25 years, Vincent’s quest has been to source the best produce and reveal all the richness and diversity of Mediterranean cuisine. It is this freshness that he currently imparts in the cuisine at Hotel Byblos Saint-Tropez, where he is currently Executive Chef.
