Rech by Alain Ducasse, InterContinental Hong Kong’s new French seafood restaurant, is making waves this summer with a family-friendly Sunday Lunch offer and a special Brittany Lobster Set Dinner Menu.

Gather family and friends for the NEW SUNDAY LUNCH at Rech – a 4-course set menu with choices of appetiser, main course and dessert, plus Rech’s famous Camembert at just HK$588 per person. Free-flowing wine options are just HK$188 or HK$388 per person.

Now through August 31st, when you book the Sunday Set Lunch for 4 adults, two CHILDREN UNDER 12 DINE FOR FREE (with a special Children’s Set Lunch Menu).

The new Children’s Sunday Lunch Menu is a 3-course lunch menu with choices of starter, main course and dessert, plus free-flowing drinks.  (Price:  HK$288 per child under 12 years old).

The weekly changing Sunday Lunch Menu at Rech is designed to pay tribute to Mother Nature and her beautiful products and to ensure respect for the environment by showcasing sustainable fish, vegetables and cereals.

At the Rech Sunday Lunch, select one of two free-flowing wine options:

“Discovery” at HK$188 per person or  “Authentic “ at HK$388 per person, with Head Sommelier Romain Loriot showcasing different wines each week.

The free-flowing DISCOVERY option at HK$188 per person includes selections such as:
2011 - Blanquette de Limoux - Première Bulle
2013 - Touraine Sauvignon - Cour de La Roche
2014 - Pinot Noir - Gérard Bertrand

The free-flowing AUTHENTIC option at HK$388 per person includes:
NV - Champagne Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial
plus wines such as:
2016 - Château Roubine Rosé
2014 - Gentil - Famille Hugel
2010 - Sancerre Rouge - L'Etourneau - Domaine Fouassier
NV - Ratafia - Lamiable

In addition, on Sundays, you can order Rech’s fresh oysters from Brittany and RAW Selections (à la carte) or select the Royal Platter, an abundant tower of fresh oysters and crustaceans for HK$2,200 for two persons, inclusive of one 450ml carafe of white wine.
