Enjoy dishes prepared à la minute at “action stations” with pan-fried foie gras with Swedish meatballs, Seafood Paella and Peking Duck Rolls. Other highlights include Abalone with Goose Web and a selection of South East Asian dishes by Chef Thenesh Murugaya, plus a carving station with long-bone USDA Prime Beef, Mediterranean Roast Lamb and Honey Baked Ham. Harbourside Seafood Dinner Buffet (Saturday, June 17 & Sunday, June 18)
Harbourside’ s elaborate Dinner Buffet features hand-made sushi and freshly sliced sashimi, an abundant selection of chilled seafood including lobster, yabbies, crab, clams, mussels and prawns. There is also an enticing selection of selection of authentic South East Asian and international dishes by Chef Thenesh Murugaya and his team.
Watch our chefs in action preparing à la minute items including Pan-fried Rougie Foie Gras, Asian style marinated Hokkaido Pork, Australian Wagyu Beef, Steamed Seafood, Singaporean Chili Crab, King Crab Salmon Soufflé and Pepper Lobster. There will also be a carving station with Slow Roasted USDA Rib Eye and Chinese style Roasted Baby Pig. The elaborate dessert buffet offers a rotating selection with over 45 different international selections, including South East Asian Desserts. There is also a chocolate fountain and hot soufflés made à la minute and an ice cream station with Emack & Bolio's Cones.

Experience the “Best of Rech” with an authentically French Sunday Lunch featuring a selection of Rech signature dishes including fresh oysters from France, a quartet of starters, cookpot of black quinoa, squid and sesame seeds, Wild Cod Aïoli, Beef fillet with green peas and asparagus, our famous Camembert and “Paris Parisienne” pastries.
The lunch includes pressed organic fruit and vegetable juice, a wine pairing by our Head Sommelier and a glass of Alain Ducasse Champagne served with our famous Camembert and dessert, plus tea and coffee.

Father’s Day Day Dinner: 5-course menu at HK$1,188, with a wine pairing option at HK$688 per person
Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has created a 5-course menu showcasing the signature dishes of Rech.
The menu begins with “Club” Crab Mango, followed by Soft and crunchy black rice with shellfish. Next is Blue lobster, girolle mushrooms and almond and green beans. This is followed by our famous Camembert. For dessert, Mr. Rech: hazelnut ice cream and chocolate sauce from Alain Ducasse’s Manufacture in Paris.

Every Saturday and Sunday, our popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill offers an All-American themed Semi-buffet Weekend Lunch showcasing the finest meat, freshly seared on the charcoal grill. Begin the meal with the elaborate Salad Bar, followed by Lobster Bisque with vegetables. Next choose one of 10 main courses prepared à la minute on the charcoal grill, all served with a grilled Boston Lobster Tail, with Black Truffle Potato Gratin, Asparagus and Pumpkin. Save room for the tempting dessert buffet, which features a decadent selection by the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis. NOBU Executive Chef Sean Mell and Executive Sushi Chef Araki Kazunari have created an 8-course Nobu “Kyoto Twist” Omakase menu showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients from Japan.
The dinner begins with Hamaguri Sakamushi, Foie Gras Miso, Botan Ebi & Tsubame No Su Yubari Melon Gazpacho. Next is Ayu & Chiayu with Cucumber Amazu, Iwashi Tartar with Gochujang Dressing and Toro Sashimi with Truffle Teriyaki, followed by a Sushi Assortment and Grilled Scallop with Anticucho Miso.
Next is Pan-seared Hirame Fillet with Cauliflower Dashi, followed by U.S. Prime Beef with a Foie Gras Shitake Dumpling and Truffle Sweet Onion Soy. After Cold Noodles, it is time for dessert – Chocolate Tuile, with Sake Oreo and Ginger Ice.

This is followed by Double Boiled Chinese Cabbage with Yunnan Ham and Black Chicken; Wok-fried Prawn and Scallop with Crunchy Vegetables. This is followed by Wok-fried Pork with Green Peppers and Garlic and then Inaniwa Noodles with Vegetables in Tomato Broth. For dessert, Sweetened Taro and Black Glutinous Rice and Walnut Pastry.
Or a deluxe 6-course menu (B) at HK$888 per person inclusive of Yan Toh Heen Superior Dumplings (Steamed Scallop with Black Truffle & Vegetable Dumpling, Steamed Lobster Dumpling with Bird’s Nest and Gold Leaf and Steamed King Crab Leg Dumpling with Green Vegetables). The experience begins with a one hour purifying face treatment which gently cleanses and softens the skin, while infusing witch hazel & willow bark to protect against shaving irritation.
