InterContinental Hong Kong's STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill Presents a Stags' Leap Wine Dinner May 18th
InterContinental Hong Kong’s popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill is hosting a wine dinner with acclaimed Napa Valley winery Stags’ Leap on Thursday, May 18. The 5-couse menu by STEAK HOUSE Chef Chiu-Ming Chan is paired with six Stags’ Leap wines (HK$1,588 per person + 10% service charge). The showcased wines include the 2000 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvigonon and 1999 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon, which will both be served in a 3L/ Double Magnum bottles, which are exclusively available at this wine dinner.
The Stags’ Leap showcased wines on May 18 include:
- 2015 Aveta Sauvignon Blanc
- 2014 Karia Chardonnay
- 2013 Hands of Time Red Blend
- 2005 Fay Cabernet Sauvignon (served in a Magnum)
- 2000 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvigonon (served in a 3L / Double Magnum bottle)
- 1999 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon (served in a 3L/ Double Magnum bottle)
- 2013 Cask 23 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 5-course menu includes:
- Spanish Air Dried Fresh Salmon with Grilled Asparagus Salad
- Roasted Tomato Cream Soup with Pancetta
- Marbled Duck Foie Gras Terrine, Cherry Reduction
- Pepper Crushed U.S. Tenderloin with New Potatoes in a Risotto Style & Beef Jus
- Cheese Platter with Mixed Fruit, Mustard, Artisanal Bread & Dried Fruit
