Enjoy dishes prepared à la minute at “action stations with pan-fried foie gras, fresh homemade pasta and Peking Duck Rolls. Watch our chefs in action preparing a rotating selection of à la minute items including Pan- fried Rougie Foie Gras. Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina has created a 5-course menu showcasing the signature dishes of Rech.
The menu begins with Rock fish soup, saffron-gold caviar. Next are Vegetables in a salted crust, black truffle condiment. For the main course, Sea bass on scales, scallop, iodized cooking jus. This is followed by our famous whole Camembert; and for dessert, Mrs. Rech: mascarpone-raspberries.

Looking for a hearty Sunday roast for Mother's Day? Every Saturday and Sunday, our popular STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill offers an All-American themed Semi-buffet Mother's Day Weekend Lunch showcasing the finest meat, freshly seared on the charcoal grill. Begin the meal with the elaborate Salad Bar, followed by Lobster Bisque with vegetables. Next choose one of 10 main courses prepared à la minute on the charcoal grill, all served with a grilled Boston Lobster Tail, with Black Truffle Potato Gratin, Asparagus and Pumpkin. Save room for the tempting dessert buffet, which features a decadent selection by the hotel's Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis. Executive Pastry Chef Cyril Dupuis has a created a special Mother's Day Dessert: A special flower Raspberry Cake. The center flower has petals of Lemon Cake, Pistachio Cake, Rose Cake and Vanilla Cake. There are also petals made of Short Bread with Pistachio Powder, with unleavened leaves with the wording "Mom, I Love You Forever".

NOBU Executive Chef Sean Mell and his team have created an 8-course Nobu Omakase menu showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients from Japan. Begin with Aburi Mebaru & Botan Ebi Sashimi, Watercress, Strawberry & Mango. Next is Toro Tataki Yuzu Miso, Hotaru-Ika Mozuku & Hatsu Gatsuo Shiso Salsa, followed by a Sushi Assortment. Then Lobster Tempura Tomato Tosasu, Baked Oyster Yuzu Truffle Aioli and Grilled Scallop with Apple Ginger Salsa, followed by Sous Vide Rock Fish Fillet with Soy Chili Dashi. Next is Wok-fried Sea Bass with Black Truffle and Maple Sauce; Braised Beef Shoulder with Chili Sauce and Braised E-Fu Noodles with Crabmeat and Egg White. For dessert, Double Boiled Pear with Snow Fungus and Almonds and Chilled White Sesame and Milk Pudding.
Or a deluxe 6-course menu (B) at HK$888 per person inclusive of Yan Toh Heen Superior Dumplings (Steamed Scallop with Black Truffle & Vegetable Dumpling, Steamed Lobster Dumpling with Bird's Nest and Gold Leaf and Steamed King Crab Leg Dumpling with Green Vegetables). This is followed by Double Boiled Fish Maw, Alabone and Cauliflower Fungus in Supreme Broth, Simmered Lobster with Burrata Cheese in Supreme Broth, Wok-fried Wagyu Beef with Mushrooms and Figs, Fried Noodles with Hokkaido Scallops in Soy Sauce and for dessert, Chilled Mango Cream with Sago and Pomelo, served with Silver Needle Supreme Shou Mei tea.
