Forbes Travel Guide today unveiled its annual Star Rating list, naming InterContinental Hong Kong as a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Hotel for the 4th consecutive year and SPOON by Alain Ducasse as a Five Star restaurant for the 2nd consecutive year.

InterContinental Hong Kong and SPOON by Alain Ducasse will be showcased with all of the Star Rating recipients on ForbesTravelGuide.com.

InterContinental Hong Kong was the first InterContinental Hotel & Resort globally to achieve the exclusive 5-star ranking by the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide in 2013 – thus retaining this prestigious rating for four consecutive years. It is one of only 8 Five-star hotels in Hong Kong, 35 in Asia (including Greater China, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand) and only 154 internationally.

This is the second year that SPOON by Alain Ducasse has received Forbes Travel Guide's 5-star restaurant rating. It is one of only 7 Five-star restaurants in Hong Kong, 19 in Asia and 56 globally. In addition, Yan Toh Heen, the hotel's celebrated Cantonese restaurant, has earned 4 stars in the Forbes Travel Guide.
