The Suite Life

Rech by Alain Ducasse - One of the most famous seafood restaurants in Paris, Rech, which was founded by Adrien Rech in 1925 and reborn by Alain Ducasse in 2007, made its international debut at InterContinental Hong Kong in March 2017 (in the space that was formerly SPOON by Alain Ducasse). It has already been awarded 1-Michelin Star in the 2018 Michelin Guide (HK & Macau). NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong features the innovative new-style Japanese cuisine of internationally acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Highlights of its stylish interior design by David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group, include a unique undulating sea urchin ceiling and custom-made bamboo embedded terrazzo walls.

Yan Toh Heen, recipient of 2-Michelin stars for the 4th consecutive year (2015-2018), is renowned for its authentic Cantonese cuisine by Chef Lau Yiu Fai. Its exquisite jade table settings and harbour views enhance the refined ambience.
