InterContinental Hong Kong is the only venue in Hong Kong to have two celebrity chef restaurants under one roof - with both 1-Michelin Star Rech by Alain Ducasse and NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong.

The hotel's other acclaimed restaurants include the 2-Michelin Star Yan Toh Heen, celebrated for its exquisite Cantonese cuisine; Harbourside, known for its elaborate international buffets, and THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill, recognized for its top quality beef, charred to perfection on Hong Kong’s only charcoal grill.

Rech by Alain Ducasse

One of the most famous seafood restaurants in Paris, Rech, founded in 1925 and reborn by Alain Ducasse in 2007, made its international debut at InterContinental Hong Kong (in the space that was formerly SPOON by Alain Ducasse) in March 2017. It has already been awarded 1-Michelin star in the 2018 & 2019 Michelin Guide (HK & Macau). An authentically French seafood experience, it showcases the freshest oysters and fish from France with Chef Alain Ducasse’s personal interpretation and contemporary cuisine.

Rech by Alain Ducasse provides an unforgettable experience to enjoy the chef's exclusive know-how in preparing top quality fish and crustaceans in a modern and relaxed seaside-inspired ambiance with InterContinental Hong Kong's spectacular panoramic harbourviews. Chef Stéphane Gortina, who has worked with Alain Ducasse for over 12 years at a diverse selection of his global restaurants, continues leading the kitchen. Marie Deroudilhe, who revamped the Parisian restaurant in 2012, has designed the Hong Kong outpost with key design elements that are reminiscent of the sea -- the inside of a seashell, a piece of floating  wood, drifting clouds, the shimmering sunlight on the surface of the water and waves.

NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong

NOBU, the world's most acclaimed Japanese restaurant, is renowned for its innovative new-style Japanese cuisine by world famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa. NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong showcases Nobu’s signature dishes, as well as new creations using local ingredients.

NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong was designed by the Rockwell Group, who created the original NOBU in New York in 1994 and has designed many of the NOBU restaurants internationally. With panoramic views overlooking Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong features a stunning yet intimate dining room inclusive of a sushi bar. Both the bar lounge and exclusive private dining room (for up to 14 guests) also have magnificent views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island.

The design of NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong is inspired by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's innovative cooking and the imagery of the Japanese countryside where he grew up. Traditional and modern Japanese elements, combined with the influence of water inspired by the adjacent Victoria Harbour, culminate in this intimate, yet dynamic dining experience. Food and architecture evolve into waves of movement and serenity. Key design elements within the restaurant include a unique undulating sea urchin ceiling and custom-made bamboo embedded terrazzo. At the bar, a cascade of black riverstones frames glistening imagery of Japanese cherry blossoms, a signature feature of the Nobu experience.

THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill

THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill is a haven for meat lovers, with prime cuts of the world's finest meat, seared to perfection on Hong Kong's only charcoal grill. Offering premium beef from the United States, Australia, Canada and Argentina, plus a monthly “Meat of the Month” from around the world, the restaurant also features an elaborate salad bar and selection of eclectic condiments.

A stylish and intimate winebar showcases over 480 labels of superb international wines and over 4,300 bottles from around the world and the city’s largest collection of big format wines.

THE STEAK HOUSE has a modern and masculine décor with clean lines and rustic textures, modern square forms and rough finish in ash wood, stone and leather.  Vibrant accents of colours (red in the winebar and warm autumn tones in the restaurant) create an intimate and inviting ambiance.  A transparent wine cellar within the restaurant showcases some of the restaurant’s 3000 bottles.  The open charcoal grill with its copper finish is a focal point of the restaurant, along with the view of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island.

The design of the winebar is inspired by a traditional wine cellar but with a modern and vibrant approach.  High-back red leather booths entice wine lovers into the venue. A high table in the centre of the winebar serves as a social gathering spot or wine tasting table. Wine racks line the walls and refrigerated wine cabinets adorn the entrance.

Yan Toh Heen

Recipient of 2-Michelin Stars in the 2019 Michelin Guide to Hong Kong & Macau (for the 5th consecutive year, Yan Toh Heen is recognised as one of the world's finest Chinese restaurants. Chef Lau Yiu Fai and his team prepare exquisite Cantonese cuisine, using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

With an understated, elegant ambiance and contemporary design, signature hand-carved jade place settings and stunning harbourviews, Yan Toh Heen has earned a reputation as one of Asia’s top restaurants.

Perched directly at the harbour's edge, Harbourside offers all-day dining in a casual alfresco setting.  It is acclaimed for Hong Kong's most elaborate buffets, with chefs presenting a tempting array of fresh seafood and sushi, a roast carving station with prime cuts of beef, a range of delicious Chinese and Asian dishes, salads and oven-fresh breads.

The á la carte menu features an extensive selection of international dishes and traditional favourites, ranging from creative pasta and fish dishes to salads, soups and Asian specialties. A creative “ihealth” menu featuring nutritious and delicious preventative health dishes is also available.

Lobby Lounge

The Lobby Lounge, with its impressive wall of windows, showcases a mesmerising panorama of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, truly one of the world’s most magnificent views. Relax over signature "#852TAILS (cocktails) inspired by the city’s rich culture and heritage" at sunset as the skyline transforms into a kaleidescope of vibrant colours and during the nightly "Symphony of Lights" laser show at 8:00pm. In the evenings, enjoy our dynamic line-up of live entertainment which changes nightly - ranging from Smooth and Easy Listening Jazz and Soul and R&B to  Pop & Lite Rock, Neo Soul and Electropop.  

Alternatively enjoy Afternoon Tea or choose from the all-day menu that includes burgers made from organic, natural, free-range or grass-fed meat, plus a selection of healthy salads and much more.
