Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai, who has over 30 years of experience with the hotel, having first joined the restaurant when it opened in 1984, invites you on a culinary exploration and celebration of the restaurant’s new era with exquisite new Cantonese dishes that blend tradition with modern flair.
Now through December 17, indulge in Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai’s Cantonese dishes inspired by premium Alaskan King Crab, prized for the snow-white meat, sweet, rich flavour and tender texture.
