Join us for our “Coastal Tour de France”, a culinary voyage featuring the best produce and regional specialties along the coast of France, served “Rech style”. In October and November, Executive Chef Guillaume Katola presents “L’Aquitaine d’Alain Ducasse”, a 5-course menu (HK$1,288 per person) featuring regionally inspired dishes with delicacies from the sea along the Aquitaine coast near Bordeaux and freshly harvested seasonal produce.
