It is the first international outpost of Rech, which was founded in Paris in 1925 and reborn by world acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse in 2007.

On March 21, Goût de France / Good France celebrates French gastronomy with 3,000 chefs on all 5 continents creating a French-style dinner, based on socially responsible cuisine in this global culinary initiative created by Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry for Europe & Foreign Affairs (MEAE). Join our new Rech Executive Chef Guillaume Katola for a special 5-course menu (HK$1,288 per person) inspired by ingredients and specialties from Provence.
