NOBU Gourmet Journey of Japan: Episode 5: Shizuoka (Under Mount Fuji)

NOBU continues its 2018 GOURMET JOURNEY OF JAPAN (2-4-8) from July 12 – August 22 with Episode 5 featuring Shizuoka (Under Mount Fuji) on Honshu Island.
The Omakase Lunch and Dinner Menus showcase local ingredients including wasabi, green tea and garden greens, with dishes inspired by local Shizuoka cooking techniques.
